4. Installation techniques

4.1./ Wall – under tube wiring

  • Determine the location, length, height, width of the cut in the wall. Then use the hand – held cutter to cut the wall along the predetermined position
  • Install the tube wiring.
  • Check and officially accept the work. Then the wall coloring is conducted.

4.2./ Concrete floor – under tube wiring

  • Use paint to mark the location of intermediate boxes on the formwork when the constructors finish installing formwork for the floor.
  • Place the boxes in the predetermined position, connect them by tube wiring to create a path of power source for all devices. This step is conduct when the first steel layer has been installed on the floor.
  • Check and officially accept the tube and box system, then conduct the floor concreting
  • Must have a person on watch when concrete floor to handle in time in case problems occur with the tube, such as: flattened, broken, lost connection…

4.3./.  Installation of cable tray systems

  • Determine the height and location of cable tray hangers
  • Process the hangers, place them in predetermined position. The distance between two hangers is from 1.3 meters to 1.5 meters.
  • At the position where the cable tray is down to the cabinet/box, do not cut the cable tray by hand then combine them at the crossroads of the cable tray system. Use the accessories manufactured at the factory to avoid scratching cables in the cable trays
  • Install the trays and adjust

4.4./  Information and stringing pipe.

  • Construction phase remains off the floor, using plastic wire inserted tubes.
  • After hearing shall be conducted bowl and pull the power cord to the device driver.

4.5./  Check wiring and mounting equipment..

4.6./   Control Panel

  • Installation of equipment in cabinets complete.
  • Check the insulation, the enclosure leakage, safety and electrical switchgear.
  • Installation of the cabinet into position and connect the cable to the top - the cabinet.
  • Check phase sequence and electrical safety.

4.7./   Test, test the entire system.

  • Use meter insulation resistance, circuit check all the wires, ensure the safety of the system and the fine arts.
  • Operating system:Close power tiered system and in no-load mode.
  • For systems operating in download mode (power play to load and tiered).
  • Digital error correction (if any).
  • Cleaning the entire system.
  • Acceptance of the system console.
